You have just completed the purchase of your new property here on the Costa del Sol. Your Furniture Package has arrived. You are now ready to use your home as either a holiday retreat or as an investment by letting. 

But who will maintain and look after your property while you are not in Spain?

- Your property in safe hands
- Your property will be visited once a week and thoroughly checked
- Whilst visiting your property our professional will check for any sign of leaks dampness pest infestation or damage,
- Ventilate your property by opening and closing all windows, patio doors.
- Run all taps and flush all toilets
- Our professional will ensure your property is secure on departure.
- A weekly report will be emailed to our Property Management clients.
- Any maintenance problem will be reported immediately to our client with a suggested course of action. Repairs to be undertaken will be paid for by the client in advance of work to be carried out.
- The company will retain a 400 euro float from each client to enable us to carry out any emergence repairs immediately.
